These rates shall not be posted or published in any promotional material or brochures.

The rates should not be in any way be accessible on the Internet. Rates are subject to revision in case of change in government policy or change in park entrance fee structure etc.

We reserve the right to modify or change the special rates offered based on exceptional circumstances.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

  • Due to limited accommodation, a deposit at 130 days of 25% is required to secure a confirmed reservation.
  • Full payment must be received 45 days prior to the guest’s arrival. Bookings unless guaranteed by advance payment will be considered TENTATIVE.
  • Management may release the booking without giving any notice, if payment is not received.
  • We do not allow Jungle Safaris from outside providers.
  • Wednesday afternoon Park is closed. Diwali and HOLI Park is closed full day.
  • Any increase in government taxes GST etc, or fees (liable to change without notice) will be included at the time of billing as actual.
  • If there is any increase in the Park entrance fee, fuel prices or any change in government policy resulting in an increase of our cost, the same will be charged.
  • Children under 6 years of age are free, Above 6 years of age our extra bed policy applies.
  • If there are two children above 6 years of age (under 12 years) one extra bed will apply and one child will be charged at 50% of the extra bed rate for meals. In case there are two children above 12 years of age extra tent will have to be taken.
  • For booking entire camp of 10 luxury tents, one night advance deposit is required at the time of making the booking, failing which Management reserves the right to release the Booking. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
  • Agent Voucher must be received by our office:
  • FIT – 30 DAYS in advance.
  • GIT – 45 DAYS In advance. Final Names and Rooming List should reach us at least 30 days before arrival.
  • If the voucher or advance payment is not received the reservation will be cancelled.
  • All bookings must be routed through our Delhi Office, failing which hotel will charge Published Tariff.
